On the quiet street of Eyre Street Hill lies a beautiful old pub based in an old gunmakers shop.

Providing three well kept real ales on rotation along with a selection of craft beer & quality spirits, The Gunmakers is just a classic English pub based on quality product & excellent service.

Food is all prepared in house by our chef with nothing purchased in frozen.

The kitchen opening times are 12pm to 3pm and 6pm to 9pm.

The venue is open from Monday to Friday & is available for private hire during the weekends.

Marissa and her team were amazing. We hired the venue as private hire for my 30th Birthday, it was the perfect venue and had everything we needed. The food and cocktails were outstanding, and all the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I would recommend this to anyone who wises to private hire a venue for 40-70 people.

We booked The Gunmakers for a private party on a Saturday evening. It was exceptional - incredible food, cocktails and service. It's an intimate venue which meant that even though it was a small affair (~ 22 people), by staying in the bar area for the whole evening there was a great atmosphere throughout. Friends suitably impressed and sore heads the next day from over indulging in the agave-based drinks...
