Stopped off for a cuppa after our walk. Friendly pleasant staff. It's been ages since we've visited. Sat outside and didn't eat so can't comment on food or atmosphere.
Stopped for coffee .lovelly lady served our drinks .cute little canal building between the canal an the river plenty wildbirds and next to a crazy golf course shame it was closed due to flooding will visit again also has a big carpark
At the Old Smith Tearoom today, I had a latte in pleasant surroundings, only about half an hour’s walk through beautiful countryside from Kiddie - what more could you ask for, really? (Just lost a star due to lack of a menu…!)
I can’t recommend this pub enough. The staff are great, food amazing, best Sunday Lunch in a long time, all fresh produce, I had 3 meats breast of chicken, thick slices of pork and beef and I mean thick! Yorkie just like mother made! Veg delicious. Right on the camel side, lovely views. Will be definitely going back.
I cannot praise this place enough. Lovely staff, delicious food, pretty setting, nice vibe. Thank you we will be back for sure!

Local's pub with large lounge areas, patio at the back and a large car park. Home to football and pool teams. Currently only keg beers.
