We've recently stayed at The Lindeafarne Inn Beal and we had a fantastic time. From the room, to the meal, everything was such a high standard. We also just want to say how great Donna was. We cannot fault the service. We will 100% be back!

Love this pub, food and service are excellent, rooms are clean, well appointed and a good size. Have visted several times and stayed here too. Location for access to Holy Island is ideal. Very dog friendly, staff obviously like dogs and they are greeted as long lost friends. Most recent visit was Christmas Day and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Went here for a family dinner whilst staying on Holy Island. The guy on the bar in the evening was really friendly and attentive. Food was hit and miss. We ordered the loaded fries for £7.50 and they were a rip off in all honesty. Extremely disappointed and inedible. For mains we ordered, 1) The Lindesfarne Burger: was good. 2) Surf and turf burger: burger patty was burnt and really tough to eat. 3) Prawn Linguine: very tasty and delicious. Best on the table. 4) Smoked Fish Chowder: tasty 5) Pheasant: very bad. We couldn’t eat it, and the table next to us also gave their pheasant to their dog. Avoid it. The drinks were good! Not cheap either

This is honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in a lot of hotels). They welcome you like an old friend, the rooms are excellent, and the food and drink are exceptional. Not only that, we brought our little old Jack Russell with us and he was so loved by the staff... lots of fusses and treats. 100% we are definitely coming back. I'm only sad we only stayed one night (you need at least 3 to properly explore the menu).

It was a great experience at the Lindisfarne Inn. Faith greeted us on arrival and provided all the necessary information for the weekend. We returned to the bar for a night cap or two. Even though it was clear that they were setting up for the morning, Faith and Josh both stopped what they were doing to serve us. We all had a laugh. It was a very enjoyable atmosphere. Josh is an enthusiastic manager. Very passionate about Northumberland and it is clear that he is strongly devoted to the business. The rooms are very well serviced and of a high standard. My only criticism, if it is one, would be lack of a thermostat in the room. Although our bed was very comfortable we found the heat quite unbearable at times (When it's sub zero outside, you don't really want to open the window).
