First time here - it was Christmas, so busy. Bar staff were good, and prices very reasonable. Went with a bunch of people and everyone enjoyed. Didn't eat, but heard good things, will probably pop back for a Sunday lunch later this year.
Fantastic little pub. Absolutely delicious steak pie and mash. Filled with large chunks of tender beef. Served with deliciously creamy mash and perfectly cooked vegetables. Highly recommended
Fantastic food and lovely staff. I'm so glad we came for lunch with friends, to this great gastro pub. The quality of the food was exceptional and the service was excellent. I'll definitely come again. 5/5
My partner and I passed by to grab drinks from here as we have been meaning to for quite a while. We finally came in and I must admit I like the concept and structural integrity of the place. Their dishes were quite traditionally plated, they’re paired with a nice selection of ales. My partner was especially pleased with his ale. 🍺 I also tried Malfy gin with lemonade. We will definitely be back but with a larger group.
Such a beautiful and historic pub with great food and amazing service. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Lovely garden and very good beer.
