Went here for a simple Saturday lunch. Really friendly staff, great food with lots of Veggie and Vegan options. Mixedparty so this went down really well. All really r Tasty. Good choice of specials and wine. Altogether a great experience from a young team! Thank you, we'll be back for more.
The staff, food and atmosphere here were all wonderful. We came for Sunday lunch, my partner had roast beef and all the trimmings and absolutely cleared his plate. I am veggie and can not have dairy or gluten. I was given a vegan and gluten free pie, with roast potatoes and veg and vegan gluten free gravy. All absolutely delicious and i was very impressed. Vegan and gluten free cheesecake for pud was scrummy too. Thank you xx
Lovely spot for a Sunday roast with a beer garden when the weather allows it. The food is delicious and the service is equally great. Bonus point: you're just behind Beckenham Park!
Really hearty tasty roast. Good portions, tasty meat and the veg was really well cooked. The creamed leaks were delicious. Had sticky toffee pudding for dessert and it was superb, amazing flavour, good size and the custard was to die for. Reasonable prices, about £28 per person for three course and a drink. Staff were really helpful and efficient.
After reading a few recent negative reviews we thought we would give it a try anyway. We went there with a party of 4 for Sunday lunch and we weren't disappointed. The staff greeted us with a big smile and took us to the table. Starters were huge and tasty, especially the calamari - not oily at all. We had roast beef, chicken, lamb and fish& chips - not a thing that we didn't like. They were all yummy and well cooked. We were happy 😊
