The Tiger Inn delivers a mouth watering menu with standout starters like Crispy Chilli Beef and Vegetarian Fried Camembert. Plenty of good choices for mains such as Pork Belly and Vegetarian Green Curry. All dishes are packed with flavours and beautifully presented. The service is very good and yesterday we had the lovely waitress Phillipa, gently guiding and helping us and this enhanced our the dining experience at the restaurant. However, a noteworthy drawback emerges in the form of excessively large portions, particularly in the roast dinners, leading to significant food waste—an environmental concern that dampens the otherwise enjoyable visit.
Popped into this lovely country pub after walking the dogs with friends. They were busy and we offered to sit upstairs so a larger party could sit downstairs. Thou we had the space, it didn’t feel like we were in the pub and the service was awful. They did leave us over 45 mins after our starters where finished and we had to make several trips downstairs to get someone attention The food was however good. Awesome burgers and amazing starters.

Wow! Our second visit to this lovely pub. From the moment the staff great you… the lovely Eddie and Jamie looked after us delightfully! The squid and the chilli beef are close to Michelin star quality! And I can thoroughly recommend the Fig and Pistachio tart! Overall an excellent venue with a great selection of real ales and local ciders (Oh and Gin!) - dog friendly too! We’ll be back again next year!
Great menu, really good quality food (have never had mussels that fresh and juicy outside of France!) the staff are attentive but not overwhelming, and it's doggy friendly! We liked it so much that we and our two witnesses are going there on our wedding day for lunch!
