Fabulous and friendly pub with a very ‘local’ feel. Accommodating to requests when booking for meals . Great choice - covers most food groups. My husband has had mixed grill on a couple of occasions and had always said it’s as good as another one of our favourite haunts ( it specialises in steak and is much more pricey!!). What always has me won over is real chips !!! Recommend giving them a try
Went here with my partner, we found a beautiful pub run by beautiful people, the atmosphere was relaxing and our Sunday roast was superb, even the gluten free one with a perfect Yorkshire pudding, can't wait to come back again.
Brilliant pub, very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic food, beef roast dinner was amazing, all freshly cooked and full of flavour. Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back
Wow!!! What a pub!! Great food!! Great staff!! Great selection of drinks & snacks!! Not often the staff in the kitchen get recognition as they are hidden away behind closed doors so wanted to shine a light on Ian B and the delicious food he sends out of that kitchen! Such a lovely comical person with a heart of gold. Ian C is very lucky. See you both soon. Keep up the great work!
