Nice and clean, food was very nice, and staff friendly. Hotel a little dated, but that's maybe due to Victorian date
Good value for the money paid. Hotel clean. Room clean. Food average (but fine considering the cost of holiday ). Bonus cheap drinks but shame they finish at 9pm. Staff friendly. Location great would definitely recommend and will return.
Great warm, welcome. Staff friendly and helpful and good at their jobs. Our room was on second floor and had everything we needed including hairdryer. Loved the quiz every night, then bingo and entertainment. Food was plain but cooked well and good choice. Would have liked more choice at breakfast, maybe croissant or yoghurt for starters instead of just cereal, and mushrooms with cooked breakfast. Great to have a coffee shop in hotel with nice cappuccino and cakes. Hotel is in a good position with shops to left and old town to right outside front door. Have booked to return next year in the summer.
I came back from T &T at I.O.W on Monday. I had a fab break met some lovely people, It's lovely hotel Very well decorated Xmas themed, Single room was nicely presented and cleaned daily, The team at I.O.W were very welcoming and helpful to my questions,service was really good in dinning area, The food was excellent with a varied choice. The hotel itself is located in a nice location with a good bus service linking to all areas of the island and buses run till midnight this was a surprise. The people on the island are really friendly. There's loads of shops as well as big named retailers lots of places to get a bite to eat if you're hungry. Our driver Joe who brought us down got us there early that was a great start to another fabulous experience delivered by Daish's. Thanks to the team at Shanklin.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed staying there. Only fault I could find was early start on departure day. Still can't have everything perfect can we?
