The Humber dock bar & grill (formally the Humber dockTavern) always known as green bricks has been much modernised and enlarged. It is now a popular place for eating. There is a wide variety of beers and lagers but sadly no hand pulled cask conditioned real ales. The prices are similar to other trendy bars in this part of the town. There is live music on a Sunday afternoon. Friendly staff, a nice cozy bar with good views over the water.
Went there in 19/08 to eat with some friends. Because the order was late , i asked for a refund. They game me a receipt for it, but never got the money back.I called them and they said they cannot do anything for me, but to try send them a message on their fb page with a photo of the receipt. Never got an answer. They still owe me 60 £. Avoid them if possible!
Decided to have a bite to eat here ordered well done steak was slightly under cooked for my liking nice chunky chips though
Went there after a trip to the deep. Very empty only ones in there till the end. Prices are decent and the it’s is quite a lovely place. Portions size are massive here and the chips that came with the fish are the thickest I have ever seen. But all amazing tasting. Next time I come to hull I will like to visit this pub again. Hopefully next time I can finish it 😂
This pub is in great location and could be a lot better than it is. At one end of the bar you can't get served they do carvery for £8.50 which is a load of rubbish. The chef kept wiping his nose on his rubber glove and spreading it all over the food. There was mash potato and veg all over the floor and the staff where just helping themselves. I would give it a miss if I was you .
