Beautiful little hotel not too far from the center. We chose it because it’s not too far out and between the city and some friends and for the cost obviously. A big shopping centre 12 minutes to walk and a stations a few minutes away make it convenient. Breakfast in the hotel was only cold. So we chose to eat somewhere else. Also a few minutes by foot is Cafe Genic and high has the most delicious English breakfast for omnis and vegans. The room was a nice size. Bathroom with a big shower. TV, mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer, some water… We had a wonderful time.

Helpful friendly staff at front desk. Rooms clean and functional. Quiet inside, despite being on a busy several-lane road. Convenience store 5 minutes walk up the road, bus stop or tube station 3 minute walk up the road. Lovely hot shower, plentiful water. Gorgeous high-quality bathroom supplies such as lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Great spot from which to explore London.

The rooms look amazing! Decor is on point. Lots of closet space to put your luggage and clothes. Bathrooms are beautiful with powerful waterfall showers. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The staff and amenities provided were outstanding. Located around the corner from Hendon Central station, about 45-60 minutes (with transfers) from wherever you want to go in London. The only issues I had were that my room was at the front of the hotel and close to the stairs so I could hear all the busy street traffic outside and the foot traffic inside. The other issue was that the air conditioning didn't work well, so my room stayed fairly warm despite turning the thermostat down to 17.

Lovely clean room, comfy bed, very good black out curtains. Gentleman on reception when we arrived (22/10/23 3pm) was very friendly, made us feel welcome and comfortable as did all staff we interacted with. Good selection of tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the room, and lovely l'occitane toiletries available. Bottled water in the fridge was appreciated. Hotel is on a busy road, but despite having a room on that side of the hotel the noise wasn't too bad, although in summer with windows open I imagine it could be quite loud. Good water pressure, although the handheld shower is far too short so only useful for washing your legs, a longer hose would be an improvement. We didn't have the continental breakfast but it looked like a good spread with a variety of cheeses and cold meats. Ideal for travellers coming in on the M1 as really easy to get too, 5min walk to the tube station, and nearby bus stop into the city.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at The Hide London. From the moment we arrived at the hotel till the time we departed, we experienced excellent service all round. Every single staff was very polite, friendly and warm. The hotel was well maintained and clean. Our room was quite small (not unusual in London) but very nice, comfortable and very clean. The hotel is close to Hendon Central Station and Brent shopping center. There are also a few restaurants nearby. Overall, we had a really good experience.
