We are a unique venue; a perfect mix of relaxed yet fun, cosy yet open, oh, did we mention the two Edinburgh Gin stills? Flora and Caledonia – come down and introduce yourself to them. A warm welcome awaits in keeping with Scottish hospitality and tradition. Our ‘tenders are passionate, knowledgeable and like nothing more than “talking shop” and assisting you in choosing a drink from our extensive menu or making a bespoke concoction to suit your tastes.
Amazing gin selection with interesting coctails and lovely steam punk atmosphere. Two of us got food poisoning from the food, I returned my order as it arrived cold but was still ill from one bite. Limited drink selection for non-gin drinkers.
Great service, dude with the man bun and beard was chatty and helpful. Drinks were super tasty. Can’t recommend this place more!
Extremely knowledgeable barman. Great cocktails and competitively priced. Really opulent décor and upmarket atmosphere.
Highly recommend! Came back to days in a row, luckily staff was the same! Heartily welcomed, guided through tastings of several great gins, and just had an overall fantastic experience both nights. Must visit for gin or cocktail lovers in Edinburgh!
Excellent attentive staff who were all very welcoming. Great atmosphere with some amazing cocktails. There is a wonderful selection of spirits and house cocktails. All the staff are very knowledgeable and accommodating to special requests. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Rae and Elberto looked after my partner and I exceptionally well, we can't wait to come back!
