Had a great meal here. Been a couple of times and never disappointed. Quality of food is great and always comes in good time. Anya, our server, was very friendly and we didn’t feel rushed, despite the restaurant being busy.
This is by far the best harvester I've ever been The staff is really pleasant. This was the only place I've ever had the waitress saying goodbye as her shift ended. Today we went without a booking, they were fully booked. We were told we could sit at the bar however the food will take longer as the main priority is the restaurant, well our food came in less than 20 minutes . All good done really well
Today I visited this harvester, it was a sad day as we said goodbye to a family member. 14 of us met up here to enjoy a meal and share memories. I want to thank all the staff, from the day I called to ask about booking and had staff going off to check on the area available for us to use. To today's waitress Julie, bar staff and many others. You made today bearable, and even enjoyable. The staff were attentive, polite and professional. Thank you. The food was as expected of a harvester, no complaints even from the vegetarian who was with us. We didn't sample any puddings as mist of us had filled up on the all you can eat salad and our mains. Ok we also had a few bottles of wine and beers etc. Overall yes I would recommend this harvester for both the food and service, I have given the atmosphere a 3 star but we didn't want I loud evening, so asked for a quiet space and this is what we got, so it's not a complaint. It would be rare for me to give 5 stars.
Lovely warm welcome. Shown to our table in a timely manner where Lucy introduced herself and took out drinks order while we looked at the menu Salad bar was a little low but what we had was fresh and enjoyable Food was very tasty. Karen cleared our table and was a delight in entertaining our little person Thank you Mallard for employing such lovely polite staff... Lucy, Karen & Georgia are a real credit to your team
Steak cooked to perfection but had to remind the server about the sauce. Treacle sponge dessert was delicious but the measly amount of custard it came with was very disappointing.
