Our overall experience was fantastic, unfortunately we had to send back one meal twice due to it being undercooked but the staff dealt with the issue quickly and gave us a discount on our bill . Service was quick and we were offered regular drinks checks . Would recommend for a special occasion as we were a large group an we were well looked after .
Nice friendly staff, good food, nice atmosphere, lots of small dining places, so you can have an intimate night out. Only quibble, is they've started a weekly pub quiz on a Thursday, but the lack of advertising means that the attendees only know about it, mainly, by word of mouth..Quiz starts at 8.00pm no need to eat, just attend and have a drink.
Food was fantastic - great portions, looked beautiful, and tasted great. Sadly the service was lacking. Ended up ordering at the bar as we had a gluten free mea to order. Drinks were ordered on the app to try and speed up the process
Myself and two friends had the pleasure of dining here on Christmas Day. All the staff were friendly. The atmosphere was calm but festive. The meal was perfectly delicious and there was no hurry to rush on to next course. Nothing to complain about but plenty to praise. Thank you so much for making Christmas Dinner so special. Great service. Thanks to Michelle and a big thanks to chef Riah for making our signature burgers festive (we miss the snowman burgers from a few years ago) Tasted amazing!
