Proper old school pub with real ale and full of locals. Well worth a visit for the Sunday roast: absolutely exceptional. One of the best roasts I've ever had in a pub.
Went here today for Sunday lunch at 1pm. What can I say ? The food was AMAZING. Had a laugh. Told the landlady i worked for trip advisor lmao . Will definitely be going back. Great little country pub.
Utterly delicious Sunday roast in a beautiful and traditional pub.
Lovely, family-feel pub. Very friendly, welcoming staff. The roast was excellent! Great presentation and nice to be surrounded by other customers who were also, obviously enjoying themselves. Looking forward to returning.
What a load of Pollock's .! Well, this is exactly what you expect from an British country pub. Great beer. Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. The fish(British Pollock) and chips were fantastic (massive quality portions), and the beer 🍻 was equally great. Everyone enjoyed the food and drinks. I would seriously recommend. Do your self a favour and try it.
