I recently visited The Grain Loft and had a mixed experience. Overall, I would recommend The Grain Loft for its decent quality food and drinks, but with lowered expectations.
I know this is an airport but the value/quality is horrendous. Portion size is small and food quality is poor. £17 for a chicken burger that is a kids portion and the cheesy chips side is laughable.
Atmosphere and Ambiente feel welcoming, however the food is not as good as their pictures. I ordered salmon, scrambled eggs and a flat white. What I received was a cold plate of scrambled eggs, one piece of salmon, a sheet of bread and a cappuccino instead of flat white. Coffee was horrible, instead go to Starbucks. Such a pity that quality and price don’t fit. Very expensive!
Order at table from phone so super easy. Expensive as you’d expect full English £15, beer £7 a pint. Food OK, service pretty fast.
After a delayed flight, decided to get some breakfast here and it was great. We was greeted by Kostas who was friendly and he and his team were really efficient in serving us and clearing the tables. Food was great would highly recommend
