Had an amazing Christmas lunch today here at the Globe. Simply put everything was perfect, food was absolutely lovely, the staff worked incredibly hard to give us a brilliant experience and to ensure the atmosphere was perfect for a Christmas Day meal. Thank you all at The globe my family and I had a really nice time.
Became our 'go to'. Best Sunday lunch ever. Food is outstanding. Service even better. The most welcoming and friendly staff. Next to the canal you can walk off all those kj's..til next time...
Popped into The Globe as it is listed as dog friendly. Indeed it was my dogs were welcome inside on the bar area.they were given bowls of water and doggie biscuits. The food did not disappoint at all. W well cooked and presented well The ploughman's lunch was great
6 of us had a lovely lunch 2x sirloin steaks, 1 globe chicken, 1 ploughman's 1 chicken burger all came out together, piping hot and generous portions, friendly service good prices and nice atmosphere. All the drinks brought to the table. A great location near the canal too. We will be visiting again soon.
Great country pub with several different beers available. The food menu is good value. Nog used buffet available are rooms for an overnight stay. An ideal place to explore the Tiverton Canal on foot of by canoe. A cycle hire is also available if required.
