Staff look bord and unhappy like a lot off people who live on the estate
Terrible experience victor the security guard descriminates against everyone and normal staff have bad attitudes
I visited the cooperative Food on dated 26 may 2023 around 20:00. I always received best customer service. I Got a problem in self service machine the manager came out himself feom his office and sorted out the problem and helped me alots!! It's very clean and tidy too. I do recommend it to all my family members, colleagues and friends. Thumbs up to admin!!!
Love this shop near n convenient. Clean and stuff are presented nicely no clutter.
Lovely local store owned by the Coop group (Not central England as signage leads to this)! Store is huge with a good range of products! Bad sides/ Store is outdated and old, queuing alot for a busy store! The shelves empty! Alot of gaps in the shelfs meaning product availability wasn't that great! Store needs a massive refurbishment to compliment your staff working there! Personally wouldn't be my choice of a local shop! Would rather go to a smaller shop nearby who atleast has a availablity! 5 outa 5 for the staffs customer service! The store itself looses the 2 stars for not supporting there staff with a up to date store!
