They tried to kill us with grenades! Wife had to get her mam to pick her up, I ate valentines curry alone. Proper pub
Nice pub, we've been in a few times and always felt welcomed. Quiet on the night we were there but there was karaoke on so naturally felt obliged to give a song, apologies
Once every 4-6 weeks when I visit friends in Consett I always make this pub a priority on my list to call in and have a drink. It's a lively really friendly place and theres alway a nice warm welcome from the owners Malcom & Kay. It is in my opinion one of the best pubs in the area so its well worth a visit.
