I went with my friend to have a meal there and the meal was absolutely delightful. I was very pleased. I’ll be definitely going there again excellent service, friendly staff, very kind people
It was a nice meal. Seating could have been better . Attentive staff. It was a convenient place to meet family. Overall very good but quite pricey for us xx
Had a fabulous evening at the Ferryman, a gorgeous dog friendly pub with roaring log fires, suberb food and lovely staff...will definately be visiting again soon
Just a short walk across the railway tracks and the road bridge away from Lymington is The Ferryman, which is the sister pub of the Kings Head in Lymington itself. Take a torch if you are heading over later in the day. This is a friendly comfortable pub and whilst we only stayed for the one drink it's definitely one to return to next time we are in this part of the New Forest. Dog friendly too! Didn't have any food.
I called 4 hours before to book for dining on Saturday night. What a lovely surprise. The food is delicious with a great choice of wines and local beers. Great music in a cosy atmosphere with an excellent customer service. It was a really nice evening for us.
