Had the pleasure of spending Christmas day here. Wonderful service, food amazing. The landlords are absolutely lovely and can't do enough for you. Mum and I had a lovely day. Would highly recommend this lovely place.
Just popped in to pick my other half up. What a beautiful pub. Extremely dog friendly and wonderful friendly staff. So cosy and Christmassy. Cant wait to try here for food
Came in for coffee and directions. Made to feel most welcome. On trying to leave we found we had a flat tyre. Pip and Jonathan, and the Girls could not of been more helpful. Whilst sat in the bar so many people commented on how good the food was. We will be back, thank you, and have a great Christmas.
Turned up on Sunday 19th November, believing that l had booked a room for the night. Having driven from the west Midlands to visit family only to be told that l had booked for the following Yr.... The staff were outstanding trying to arrange accommodation for us. We would sincerely like to thank you all for all your help and kindness. We look forward to making a booking in the future for the correct night and year . (Better get husband to do it so l don't make another mistake )
Overall 5 stars as an amazing pub, and B and B as was a 1 nite break. Food in bar / restaurant was absolutely lovely and will visit again for sure love to try out more of their yummy menu. Room overall lovely only 1 little quip left bottle to fill up kettle, Only that bottle too large to fit under sink to fill to complete this, so used glass Tumblr couple times and was fine, think some sort of plastic jug to fill up with be handy. Overall lovely stay and breakfast yesterday was tip top and yummy.
