Royal British Legion Club in Rayleigh

About us

The Club is based at 2 London Hill, Rayleigh, Essex, SS6 7HP, adjacent to Holy Trinity Church.

It is a family friendly social club that welcomes new members of all ages (18+). You do not have to be ex-service to join and enjoy our facilities. See our Membership page for details.

It is also the memorial centre for remembrance in Rayleigh, especially each Autumn with the annual Poppy Appeal. A memorial service in the Holy Trinity Church followed by the laying of wreaths on Remembrance Sunday, is a fitting tribute to those who died in conflicts.

We have featured in the magazine "Essex Life" and we have free Wi-Fi internet access for Members and guests.

My husband and myself came here as a one off as from not around this area as a family member had a party this way the bar staff and members was very welcoming had a very good evening Many thanks for letting us stay at you club for the evening

Cheap beer and spirits, great bar staff and lots of events and caters for children. Visited for the England USA match (very dull) but Legion was very quiet.

My favourite place. I suffer with anxiety, I hate certain places due to people and loudness... But I am super comfy here, great staff, great committee, great members, great music...
