It’s the beer garden that steals the show at The Eagle. A glorious space with its very own bar and Burger shack. Kick back and wile the hours away in style in one of the top alfresco spaces in West London.
The garden is naturally perfect for a summer drinks party in one of the two available Garden Huts for hire or just to bask in the sunshine on one of our many garden tables with a fruit Aperol Spritz or one of our crisp and refreshing rosés.
The Eagle is also a winner when it comes to event bookings with a wide selection of canapes, drinks packages, cocktails and private area hires. Whether you’re hosting your own pub quiz or just looking to stage an intimate dinner with your pals, this homely Shepherd’s Bush favourite has you covered. Boasting a great selection of Sunday Roasts and Sunday Roast Sharers including a Veggie Roast, The Eagle can accommodate any and all parties for a Sunday get-together.
There’s plenty of reason to come when the weather is a little cooler too, though. This is a classic Geronimo Inn, with a cosy interior epitomised by sofas, open fires, an eclectic music policy and vibrant quiz nights. The bar comes stocked up with an array of fine ales and modern wines, with plenty of fresh British food coming to your rescue if you should find yourself fancying a bite to eat.

A super pub at the south end of Askew road. The Eagle from the Young's Stable, or is that Aviary? is lovely, all the beers you would expect from a Young's pub although only original available on draft from the cask. A simple but engaging place for a pint and something to eat if you wish.
God created heaven and earth, separated the seas and skies, gathered the waters and grew the vegetation. What the author doesn’t tell you is that on the seventh day, an overwhelming hunger manifested in Him. Lo and behold The Eagle on Askew Road and the delights of the Eagle beef burger garnished with beer onions, cheese, iceberg, pickles, ketchup, mayo and fries. Never was an appetite so satiated and on the seventh day He rested. The establishment was superb, the staff very polite and attentive. It was a pleasure to dine there and would recommend without hesitation. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. Can’t wait to go back and work through the menu…..
Had the Sunday roast with beef. It was 21 GBP, I think, and we added the cauliflower cheese, too. The food was okay, the potatoes were very hard, the beef was quite chewy and too much fat for my liking. The cauliflower cheese didn't taste much (supposed to be truffle but couldn't taste that), and I had to add extra salt to it. The veggies and yorkshire pudding were definitely the star of the show. So overall, I don't think it was worth the money 😢
Wow. What can I say; this place is great. Went with fam for Sunday Roast… soooo good. Wish they had a bit more beer variety, but other than that top notch. The rear beer garden is the main the highlight of spring/summer days. See you there!
Deceptively large pub . The beer garden looks like a cool spot to hang out in the summer. We went early evening to celebrate a 1st birthday. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.
