I have been only at the dinner there but can recommend the restaurant, I had a steak and it was really good, quality of the meat was amazing. I can also recommend for gluten free/ celiac people, had no issues after my dinner.

Myself and my family had Sunday lunch 6 people the food was so so but the staff were not very friendly at all.. thanks for getting back to me so promptly. It was 21st January. Two people ordered roast turkey dinner . There was 2 pieces of carrot on each plate and no stuffing as advertised . That said the food was lovely. The two girls who served us gave the impression that they didn't want to be there! On paying the bill we asked to split it into 2 card payments, which seemed to be of a major issue for her. This was our second visit and we enjoyed our first visit immensely, so decided to return . We spent over £220 and just felt that it did not come close to our first visit last year

4 of us went for lunch today, the food was lovely, the staff were friendly and efficient, the atmosphere was relaxed. The restaurant looked stunning with all the beautiful Christmas decorations it was obvious that a lot of work had been put into creating a truly gorgeous display. Thank you to the wonderful staff who made our afternoon lunch so enjoyable, we will certainly be back.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Village Inn, and let me just say, WOW! The location is unreal - surrounded by nature's beauty, it felt like a culinary getaway. The dishes were not only delicious but a work of art on the plate. The staff was incredibly attentive, making the whole experience even more memorable. Fresh, local ingredients added a delightful touch to every bite. If you're looking for a perfect blend of nature and exquisite dining, this place is an absolute must-visit! Can't wait to return for another unforgettable meal! 🥂

We first discovered the Village Inn a couple of years ago whilst staying up the road at the Arrochar Hotel. We had a lovely dinner and decided if we came this way again we’d stay in The Village Inn rather than the Arrochar Hotel (which was very dated and a bit rundown). For our recent trip we were really pleased to find we could book a dog friendly room and booked a night either side of our holiday to Skye to break up the journey. Again we found the staff really friendly and welcoming, had some lovely dinners and breakfasts, our room was nice and comfortable and we felt very at home. The location is great and has beautiful views of the Loch. The fairy lights in the garden and bar give a really nice ambience too. We’ll be back!
