A welcoming, old, small, cosy two-room pub in the town centre. No meals, although it does serve a Sunday lunch.

Went for breakfast as was highly recommended. Very disappointed. From time of ordering to getting breakfasts for 4 of us took 45 minutes. Son in laws sausages were very overdone, bacon underdone and toast burnt on one side. My pulled beef was quite dry and not that much of it. Others breakfast were OK but not great
Beautiful, quirky little pub/bar. We only went in for a cheeky drink. The waitresses and bar staff were fantastic, very friendly and are really on the ball. Atmosphere was great, plenty of space to relax in your group. We didn't eat but had a quick look at the menu and it all sounds delicious and reasonably priced. We will be back soon to try out the menu and spend longer having a cocktail or two.
Operates under new name - No. 4 Brook Street. Nice pub with function room for private events.

Went for Sunday lunch. The meal was cold, some items were missing from our plates which I had to point out to the couldn't care less waitress. No one ever came and asked if our meal was ok, just plonked it down, and was never seen again. For £14.50 per meal, would have expected a least a meal that was hot, and better customer service. For the price they charge, there a better places to eat.
