A lovely place for Bowsies and scumbags
Unusual little place. I loved it. If you fancy a pint and watch the world go by, this is the place to go.
Stopped for an hour on a Saturday afternoon. A little pricey for the location and not many in.
Wasnt bad. Shame about the beggars outside. £6.10 double JD and coke and ½ cider
A typical Stockton town centre "PUB". Not family friendly. The draught beer seems to be well kept, yet; it also makes people wonder as to how they can sell it so cheap? Many TV screens displaying both the daily, and old horse racing coverage. Be prepared for the obvious male (and sometimes female) outburst of gentle language. It is not wheelchair friendly, and if you were to leave a motor scooter or wheelchair outside, expect it not to be there when you leave. If you are a non smoker, expect to struggle on entry due to the mass of smokers stood in the doorway on entry. All in all, it is worth a daytime visit to experience the living habits of the lesser speckled benefit cheating, claiming, and fiddling fatuous dunderheads.
