Went to see live music, it was good but football was on in both bars instead of switching the TV of where the music was. Bar staff and service excellent, food looked good but we didn't eat here.
What a shambel went for Christmas Dinner 7 friends waited 1 hour for starters we were the only people there Dinner was plonked on plate piled high couldn't see what you had none of us ladies couldn't eat hardly much of it pudding was great found out after chef had walked out no apology only the little waitress gave us sorry for what happened lost our business
Went here for a sunday roast, lovely food and amazing service
Spent few hours playing pool with my family few beers but sadly no food ,no chef at th moment .food usually very good .children's park just yards away ,you can keep an eye on them as you enjoy a few drinks Car park next door ,regular bus service, and great views too ,lovely pub ,hope they get a good chef soon ,
Was spending the day visiting family so booked a table for Sunday lunch. Food was delicious. Pic of dessert, apple crumble with custard which was amazing! Will be back again when in Cwmbran.
