the Cuckoo Bush is a traditional village pub with original log fires, and has a comfortable feel and a rich history.
It is ideal for walkers and is dog friendly. We serve excellent food lunchtimes and evenings with a full Sunday Lunch available. In the Summer, you can enjoy our beautiful beer garden with a cold drink and in the winter take advantage of the cosy pub and community space we have to offer.
To book a table please call us on the pub phone number.
Batman is very pleased with his food. will go again. (no bandits in sight, all in the asylum.)
A nice friendly local pub. Disappointed on our third visit that the Thursday quiz night was abandoned because of lack of support. It's probably a sign of the times, where folk are staying in, I hope not. Nice piping hot, well presented food .
Lovely pub unchanged in the last 30 years. Great choice of real ales and a friendly welcome.
We booked for a very large party of people and the pub staff were great. Food was hot and fresh, and great value for money. Despite the obvious difficulties catering for such a large party (16 people) the afternoon went very well. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable with a good simple pub grub menu. The staff deserve a thank you for making the lunch a success!
Very nice little pub. Great Sunday dinner ( serve until 4pm). Big portions. Several vegetarian options ( please ask). Lots of puddings
