We were there when the sirens went off for floods we had no electricity and the TV went on the blink. The next day the breakfast was cereal and orange juice. On the other side , the hotel bedroom was brillia itint, the evening dinner was delicious, the service and friendliness was second to none and when we finally got a breakfast it was scrumptious. We are going again.
All the staff were really friendly, especially when the river threatened to flood. Sandbags and information were offered and nothing was too much trouble. The apartments we were in were very well appointed and easy to use and relax in. The walk-in showers were lovely and the really big bath sheets hit the spot! Parking permits were provided and meals were available at the pub.
Superb little place with amazing food and great atmosphere. Staff were lovely pub was clean and tidy what more can you want.
Such a lovely friendly pub with top class staff and great food! From our arrival to our departure the care we got was 5 star!! Could not fault anything!! Look forward to returning soon xx
Found our new favourite place to eat. Fabulous extensive menu. Food lovely, great portion sizes. And very competitive prices. Even a doggy menu! Havent been for years and years, since it was very much a drinkers pub. But boy have we been missing out for a long time. Till now.....!
