Lovely staff and coffee, had a pear and blueberry crumble which had a great topping. Clean and relaxing interior. 2nd visit had some food, burger and chips, triple cooked chips were amazing, burger was average and overpriced from my perspective. Decaffeinated coffee was good quality and had a reasonable flavour, could have done with being slightly stronger as standard. Went with a friend and sat on some comfortable armchairs, very cozy atmosphere. Staff were lovely and service was very good

Is a lovely pub, they have restaurant area which looks beautiful but need to book in advance. We sat in the bar area. The atmosphere is really nice, full of friendly locals. The food was good but I personally think it can be improved a bit. The starters were very tasty but barely warm, probably because it took long to get out. I had a double cheeseburger which was good, but I would have preferred for the bun to be warm. It was a bit weird having a piping hot burger with cold bun. Overall I have enjoyed the food and I will return. The bar staff were very friendly and helpful!

First time going here and the atmosphere has a really nice and warm feeling. However it was let down by the food- I had the burger with fries and chicken strips, and it was the driest burger I have ever had... the bun was cremated, the burger was dryer then a leather bag, and the chicken strips were just cheap frozen shop bought strips that were also bone dry. It was such a let down for a nice looking place and was not worth the money they were charging. Also, our table asked for a drinks menu after we were seated and we were refused this by the server as apparently half of their drinks weren't available (during Sunday lunchtime?) so we had no idea about price etc 😕

Expensive, over priced, ham egg and chips rather uninspired for the price. Sunday roast is probably the high point of the menu. 10 year old daughter ordered an adult (£11.95) Mac & Cheese, when it arrived I questioned if they had brought the Childs portion by mistake! She finished it and was still hungry. Staff are friendly. Coffee is the most reasonably priced drink.
