Famous for its old school charm, The Colton Arms is an icon in the area. A pint sized pub tucked away in the quiet streets behind Queens Tennis Club. It’s the kind of pub to spend the afternoon in, where conversation is king, always warm and welcoming to regulars and newcomers alike.
Seasonal, scrumptious and something for everyone. All our dishes celebrate the best of British, with traditional pub meals and dishes for those seeking something more interesting.
Have been to the Colton Arms a few times and very much enjoyed their Sunday roasts. Cosy pub with great back garden. Small and compact....bathrooms always clean, service always attentive and really enjoy their wine and beer selection. look forward to going back for another roast soon. Many Thanks
Great food, great beer, a jewel indeed! The patrons are all very friendly and felt so homy.
Hidden Gem 💎: This place isn’t on the main drag, and that’s its magic. You get a nice mix of locals and regulars, without random chaos from passerby. The Vibe’s Just Right 🎵: Sure, the front bar is narrow and seating might make you cosy up faster than planned. But whether it’s a sunny day or a winter’s evening, it feels just like where you’re supposed to be. It’s About More Than Food 🍽: Don’t get me wrong, the food’s brilliant. But add in that smell of a coal fire, and suddenly you’re not just eating; you’re having an experience. Flexible Space 🔄: Past the bar, there’s a dining area that’s big yet feels intimate. It’s as good for lovey-dovey date nights as it is for work chats. Energetic Garden 🌱: The garden at the back has a bit too much pep for my liking, but hey, it’s there if you want a change of scene. Not Just a Pub, It’s a Lifeline 🚀: This place has seen me scribble down thoughts and talk life’s highs and lows with my now-wife. It’s my comfort zone, my thinking space, and sometimes, my therapy couch. This pub’s been my local for five years, and it feels like an old friend. Whether you’re going in for a quiet pint or a night to remember, you’re in for a good time. I’m proper lucky to have this place in my life.
Great local pub next to the Queen's Club Tennis ground, 10mins from Barons Court tube and Charing Cross Hospital. Great food, and with an outdoor courtyard.
Highly recommend The Colton Arms. Enjoyed a brilliant night at this iconic old pub. Peter the manager went above and beyond to fit us in for dinner on a very busy, fun filled Trivia night. The fish and chips was simply the best I had during my London stay and the drinks flowed freely!!This old establishment has a cosy atmosphere lots of character, in a great location and I can’t thank Peter and his staff enough for their warmth and friendly approach. ♥️
