Crisps are bang on lol as they don't do food! Girls are great and the lads on the bar have a good sense of humour. A very welcoming cheap place to drink with entertainment. My local for many years couldn't fault it. From the door staff to bar staff to the locals it is a very muched loved boozer by all.
Went there to watch United v Liverpool finished 0-0,which was a good point for United. We could ov even won the game had we taken one ov our rare chances, admittedly it was all Liverpool but apart from a couple of good Saves from onana they never really threatened us.thought the sending off near the end was a farce.The bar staff were very helpful and polite. I really enjoyed my day out ere.recommend it spot on
Local pub with local people, doing a great job living over the road from a Spoons. I'm an afternoon drinker, being retired and I thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere.
Friendly atmosphere. Quiet during the week but busy with loud music on weekends. Pint was roughly the same price as the other local pubs and fairly decent in terms of quality. Few televisions showing sky sports horse and dog racing.
Absolute centre of Shaw, the old days of many many pubs are gone. This is the standout gem for entertainment. Sports, karaoke and regular top singing talent frequent this merry place. Large beer garden with big screen, heaters and roof. Cheap beer compared to other local bars. Landlady is sound and staff are polite and friendly.
