On Thursday this week I visited the Clock Tower for a work meeting. From start to finish I was very impressed by the service. Gail made our team feel very welcome, she was extremely helpful and efficient. We all had the full English breakfast which was great value and cooked to a good standard, we were able to have plenty of coffee as part of the deal and even pastries. I will certainly back for more business meeting but also my young family as Gail really made it feel home from home with her warmth and courtesy.

Today, my wife, two children, and I opted for breakfast at Clock Tower Brewers Fayre.Upon our 10:30 arrival, we had to wait to be served. Inquiring about breakfast, the waitress responded with, "It's whatever is left," despite it being well before the 11 am breakfast closing time. Despite our hunger, the food we received was cold. When we tried to use the restroom before leaving, we found it locked with no one around to ask. It's surprising that such an establishment would lock their toilets. Understandably, the place seemed empty. We ended up going to McDonald's to use the facilities and treated the kids to a Happy Meal.

I really enjoyed my evening here, the service in general was a bit slow because of how busy the restaurant was. However, I would like to compliment a member in staff in particular called Abby, she was polite and gave me great service throughout the evening. She accommodated generously to my picky eating habits and made sure I enjoyed my food with great care.

SECOND VISIT 09/04/22. Yep, just as good as our first visit. Food was excellent, service also excellent. See you again in 3 weeks, when we return for a third visit to Telford and the International Centre. 😉👍 FIRST VISIT: 27/03/22. Have read some mixed reviews for this venue but I have to say, our experience for evening meals and breakfast were excellent! My.son and I shared the 12.portion loaded wings and i was really surprised as to how nice they were. We then both had rump steak (medium rare) and cooked.to perfection. The only downside to our meal were the peas (really not very nice) so they just got.pushed to one side. The following morning, we went in for breakfast and were served by a very jolly Jo and equally strange Sophie, who took our breakfast orders. I had two of everything (I asked for my eggs runny) and I got a perfect plate of food, really, really good (thank you to Ash who cooked for us). We are going back again in April 2022 (another Gymnastics competition) and so will see how consistent their service is.
