Popular with both locals and passing trade, we’re proud of our popular menu which is filled with all the classics, including fish and chips, tasty steaks, and hearty pies to name a few. Plus our kids menu is also proving to be very popular – especially the free ice cream dessert!
We have a fantastic beer garden to enjoy on those sunny days – and for the other 2 weeks of the year there’s lots of space inside to sit and relax in. You can even keep up with the latest footy scores from Sky Sports and BT Sport on of our many large screen TVs. With live sport, regular entertainment, pool and darts – there is plenty for everyone to enjoy!

Nice pub didn't eat but people who did ,I looked at theirs, it looked good and they finished what they had,disabled people can get in easily and park by the doors ,friendly staff
Popped in with my 2 grand kids for a bit of proper food instead of blackpools fast food, wasn't disappointed, food excellent and very reasonable 😀 thanks 👍🏻
A really nice local place with nice food and pleasant staff.
A great pup to eat, have a few beers and quiet enough to have a good chat. Footy, pool and snooker is available and the staff are welcoming and friendly.
Did a search on Google for a dog friendly pub, & the Clarence was mentioned as being one. Turns out it isn't. Furthermore the landlord who says he has been there for 4 years wasn't even aware they had a website. They have. Also, no cask ales, no call for them apparently. More like the trend by chain pubs is to foist their chemical rubbish, full of preservatives on us because it suits them & has a much longer shelf life. I didn't stay.
