A pub called the Bull's Head has been on this site since at least 1732, though the current building is Victorian, built in 1880. The pub has no pretensions, being a proper boozer selling some of the cheapest pints in town You are always guaranteed a warm welcome, friendly banter and a singalong/ knees-up may just break out when you least expect it.
Dogs on leads and children on their best behaviour are welcome, though there is no designated area for them.
We have a BIG screen TV, pool table and Karaoke on a Friday night.

Stopped for a drink venue lovely, staff service good. Nice place in Market Place.
Drinks were great and the staff were absolutely brilliant. My partner had a medical emergency here last week and the staff handled it brilliantly. The owner, who is first aid trained, ensured that my partner was looked after while I was getting the car to take us home. They were kind and attentive before, during, and after. Cannot recommend enough. If I lived in Margate it'd be there every weekend.
The food is so tasty, the staff are so lovely and the atmosphere is so cosy. Brilliant cocktail menu and loads of different drinks to try. The Sunday roast is an absolute MUST. vegetation options too! The best pub in Margate.
The best roast dinner we've had in a long time. Miso-glazed carrots, proper, sticky jus, crispy & fluffy roasties and a perfectly-risen Yorkshire pudding - we will definitely be back for more soon. We ate here on a Monday a few weeks ago and had the £12 sandwich & pint offer- again, one of the tastiest light lunches currently available in Margate! The food was so tasty, all I've managed to capture is this pic of their version of a bloody good 'Bloody Mary' 🤤
Wow! So much nicer than the old place. Casual, comfortable, lovely atmosphere, great owners. I’m going to recommend this place to my guests!

We don't have a kitchen but there are several great food sellers (posh burgers/ tea stall/ fish and chips etc) within yards of the front door - you can bring your food in to enjoy with your favourite tipple.
