I’ve been going to the Birds & Bees for a rather long time now and have always enjoyed it. Relaxed & friendly atmosphere, food is always fab and very dog friendly. Treats & bowl of water provided for him along with loads of attention.

Beautiful old farm restored and converted into a restaurant. It has outdoor and indoor sitting. It’s advised to make a reservation as it seems to be a busy place, especially on weekends and evenings. The staff is very kind and helpful, the food is delicious, and prices are reasonable. Stirling has lots of places to eat, but this one has a great variety of dishes which makes it a great choice for anyone. They also accommodate for your needs in terms of dietary requirements. My husband and I ordered different dishes. He ordered Chicken Parmigiana and he says it is the best he’s ever had and I agree. I ordered Scottish Lamb Shank but asked to have the potatoes replaced by season vegetables and they did not disappoint! The seasoning in both dishes was just perfect! Out dishes were about 16£ each, add the drinks to the bill. We are definitely going back!

Absolute disappointment, from arrival till we left. Although we called and pre-booked a table they made us wait for 15’ (even though other customers arriving after us were getting seated straight away). The calamari portion was measly and fried in old cooking oil, bland, simply uneatable. Same goes for the meatball starter. The mains came and that was another disappointment, the tandoori chicken had only one chicken breast with hardly any spice, the bread was of the poorest quality, and the rice was plain with no flavor whatsoever. We came here with friends who had visited before and they were just as disappointed as us. When asked we told the staff that the food was disappointing twice and they didn’t seem to care. Never coming back here, avoid at all cost.

Good solid local restaurant with good beer selection and a wide selection of food offerings. The beer and food exceeded all expectations and I would definitely visit again. Slightly lower score because although the server was quite nice, server was slow to visit the Table and check on needs. Decor could also use some refreshing, bit was pleasant enough and in line with similar local restaurants in the region.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and nice food with enough variety for everyone. Prices are fair, about £15-20 for a normal main. Quality & taste were good! Good selection of drinks and desserts. Parking is small and thats the only annoyance.
