Great pub, really good DJ and live singers. Foods great and so is the atmosphere. It's great now there's a new manager sorted the place right out!

Considering it was Friday night, there were practically no people in the bar. Maybe 5 others apart from our group. You could say it was just a quiet night except there were plenty of people in the other bars in the area. The beer was good though and bar staff fine.

Decent lunch deals. We had the steak ciabatta and the chicken/ avocado ciabatta. Cheap for a lunch and really tasty. Staff are lovely. Always smiling.

Really nice now with its outdoor area as well, with a huge screen. Ideal local pub, very friendly and has every facility necessary. Food menu is good with prices about average.

Usually like Greene King pubs but Casta only found Abbot as a real ale. The front paved patio was fairly busy on a hot day but too noisy as an impromptu car music broadcast was blaring. Fairish pint but overall a mediocre visit.
