About us

The newest Bierkeller venue is waiting for you right in the heart of Liverpool One. We’re proud to be part of Liverpool’s biggest and best entertainment district, and you’ll find us in the centre of the city with a dedicated Biergarten that overlooks the Albert Docks.

Our brand new Bierkeller Lodge is set across two large floors. In addition to our signature Bierkeller bar with its classic long bench tables, we’ve also got a Shooters Sports Bar and a Rack & Roll Bar. Across both floors, you’ll find huge television and projector screens showing the games all through the season, as well as our unique Virtual Darts Lanes where you can practice your throwing techniques over a few beers.

We attended the Luke Combs Experience in the BierKeller function room. We waited for over an hour to get in after being told that the doors would open at 19:00. There was no information about when the music would start. The tickets said 20:00 start but the band didn't come on stage until after 21:00. We waited in a queue through the bar to get in whilst the football was being shown on the big screen. The security staff did not know what time the doors were due to open when we asked. There wasn't enough seating for everyone who had bought tickets. The sound system was poor, but this wasn't the venue's fault. It could have been SO much better. Overall, lack of communication was the major issue here. The venue location, food and bar staff were very good.

A beautiful Pub both inside and outside on the terrace, prices for every pocket, excellent location. I confidently recommend this pub restaurant.

The location is great and the view over the Royal Albert docks is also incredible but the overall experience was a little strange. It is possible that this is simply the restaurant’s policy, but given how much is self service, it is hard for people with small children or reduced mobility to get what they need quickly. The food and portions are good but would recommend that the management also implements something slightly more family friendly so that it is open to all.

Visited during a week day, so I can't really comment on the atmosphere. Would imagine that it is great when in full swing 🤔
