Easy going friendly simple pub
I don't know about food, didn't order any first visit and it was lovely , very friendly
Great place, good drink and good beer, the owners and clients forms the small and more familiar community, this place its possible play a Squittle, personalising music and accept dogs. Great Terrace and good ambience of old times remeber
Good beer, good company. First time here. My brother picked it as a venue to celebrate my dad’s birthday. There was live music from Ukay Ukes, which obviously explained the standing room only situation. Everyone was really friendly and made us feel not only welcome, but quite at home. The Ukay Ukes were superb, I’ve seen them once before, but forgot how good they are, taking popular songs from the 1950s through to contemporary music and applying their own style. Quite unique and highly entertaining, the place was hopping.
Nice pub. Got stranded here once, hung out in the beer garden and waited for a ride. Nice cold beer. Atmosphere improved immensely when a minivan filled with six beautiful college girls on a shopping spree. When I say beautiful, I mean beautiful, all of them. Not sure if the clientele is always so fetching here
