Very nice pub, very good service and one of the better burgers I have had in a long time. Good atmosphere and a nice fire for added effect. Very traditional British pub and well worth a visit.
What a lovely place! Amazing roast dinner today. I am very fussy about the quality of a roast dinner when eating out but this was top notch! So much I couldn’t eat it all! Staff & landlord really friendly & chatty. Will definitely be going back for another roast very soon 😊
Spent an hour or so at this pub. Nice place. Very old. Very helpful, friendly staff. Food looked good. We saw two Morris dancing groups demonstrating, Hurst and Bracknell. Car park space limited.
Fantastic lunch at the Castle Inn. We kicked off with the pork burnt ends, very nice start! For mains, I had the whole seabass which was truly one of the best seabass I have ever had. Two others had the burgers which was also delicious. My daughter had the ribs which were falling off the bone, very good all round again!!!!
Great food... Friendly service. Nice little slightly out of the way pub with a good quality menu and really friendly staff
