The Beach Hut has been providing delicious food and refreshing drinks from our beautiful coastal setting in Westcliff on Sea.
Our menus are carefully created using the finest ingredients, sourced locally wherever possible and our chefs are chosen for their talent, passion and flair. We believe that every trip to The Beach Hut should be memorable, whether you’re joining us for a coffee, brunch with friends, lunch with the family or a big celebration.
We open for Evenings during the Summer and also our Takeaway Kiosk opens too.

Had a brunch, not sure if I’m convinced to come back ever again. Food was good. We had a poached egg with avocado, it was really tasty. The reason I reviewed as a three stars is because of horrible coffee and dirty tables. The coffee tasted disgusting, my cup of coffee was served with spilled coffee over the saucer. The tables were sticky and dirty. However, waiter was very friendly and quick. Previously, I had a fish and chips from them but it tasted average. There are better seafront restaurants around.
Lovely little cafe as near the beach as you can get and stay dry! We arrived early for breakfast on a very chilly morning....the staff let us in for coffee before officially opening (good coffee!) Breakfast was excellent although as veggies we didn't sample the trad. Meaty variety which looked the biz!
Can't fault this excellent cafe restaurant. Staff were lovely,food was spot on and the view was spectacular in the sunshine. Will definitely be back !!! Came back and was just as good. The staff really are good at making you feel welcome. Coffee was excellent as was the breakfast,as always
Nice lunch of Cumberland sausage baguette, toastie & chips for us. A tea & a latte to drink. Food, service & location are great, awesome views out to sea. Recommend
Stopped for a quick lunch. Great views out over the sea. Cod and chips was really very very good. Chunky cod, crispy batter, chips were perfect. I also really appreciated that a Coca cola came in glass bottle together with a tall glass with ice, exactly as it should be.
