Very nice pub, buzzing in Friday and Saturday evenings. Friendly and helpful bar staff, very good selection of beers and ales. Also my friend recommended me this place and they Sunday roast is a must try. They also have outside area with roof on top, which is great if you want to have some fresh air or have a smoke.
Absolutely delicious roast!! The salmon starter was delicious and the roast amazing too, melt in the mouth beef and gravy you want on an iv drip 🤤 Great price for really yummy food, definitely worth the wait
Amazing food. Great central location and brilliant service. Sam and the team are fantastic at what they do and are always so welcoming and look after their customers. They have an exceptional foodie reputation and have won numerous awards for their food. You can see why they’ve won a plethora of accolades. One of the best places in Bristol and would highly recommend it.
We didn't have any reservation but were early so we got a table for 2pax. Ordered the Sunday beef roast and it was delicious. Loved the side condiments that go well with the beef slices. Prefer the lighter ale instead. Very good service though its a tight space.
One of the best roast I’ve ever had. We had 2 courses and both starter and mains are amazing! The beef was tender and pork belly was great as well. The staff are very nice and friendly:) Well worth a visit!
