It is well stocked, Staff is very friendly but not well trained, unable to efficiently perform some basic tasks like back up your new iPhone, took hours there, did not work! Just took phone back to hotel and did it myself. Also bought a brand new iPhone cover- defective- unresponsive to button press- will have to return today adding costs of taxi to time waste and frustration- again staff super sweet and courteous , but need more tech training

Very moody and patronising service from the so-called geniuses. I ordered a power adapter online, got a message saying it was ready to collect. So I popped in to pick it up, and when I got it I realised that the adapter doesn’t come with the cable to connect it to the laptop. I asked about getting the cable to go with it but was told that the person I was dealing with couldn’t help me and I needed to go and speak to somebody else. Subsequently waited around for 15 minutes for the other person to speak to me, and when I finally got the chance to talk, I asked him if he could just please tell me which cable I needed. He was incredibly rude, said no of course they don’t come with the cable you can tell that by looking at the box (I thought this was rather unnecessarily flippant!). He then pointed at the shelf and simply said “cables are over there, you want USB C” in the direction of the shelf with a selection of about six different possible cables of many different lengths, colours and power ratings. He then turned away from me and started serving another customer. I understand that the shop may be quite busy, but there really is no need for such disinterested and patronising treatment to a customer who has just spent £70 on a power adapter and then found out they need to spend another £30 on the cable just to connect that adapter to the relevant machine.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by the store, my experience was perfect. They came to me 2 minutes after I entered the store, paid me maximum attention, advised me and I bought exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended!

My first visit to Apple Support was rather disappointing. I had high hopes that the Apple team would assist me in resolving my MacBook issue. However, I was surprised to find that there was no effective appointment system in place. Even after booking an appointment, the waiting time extended from 1 to 2 hours. This prolonged wait left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the service. Overall, my experience with Apple Support was far from satisfactory.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service was terrible, came in looking for a simple replacement and was directed to several different staff members who all seemed like they couldn't care less, only to be told that id need to book an appointment in order to buy a replacement?? Not worth the hassle at all when plenty of other tech shops will offer the help and advice you need far quicker with much more kindness
