Local pub for local people. The staff are really nice, but it's just not suitable for a pub quiz. No one seems to understand that you just have to chill and keep the volume down for a couple of hours whilst the event goes on. In fairness, I only attend for the quiz which used to be hosted at the Queensbury (RIP), so it's probably a perfectly fine place.

Nice pub, friendly staff and a great karaoke set. Only downfall is pricing doesn't seem to be consistent and drinks are slightly more expensive then usual. Otherwise it's a nice pub to grab cppl and chill.

A homely bar/pub showing sports and live acts. On our visit they had an Irish solo artist singing the usual Emerald Isle classics...Wild Rover etc. A good vibe.
