First time I've been to The Amberwood Inn for a few years and I was pleasantly surprised. The decor was good and the food was excellent and service was good especially as there were 11 of us having lunch together. I will be going again and thoroughly recommend.
Our Christmas Party for 42 people was fabulous. Julio the chef did us proud. All our meals tasted delicious, were hot and beautifully presented. Bill, Tanny and Laura were a great team and ensured everything went smoothly. Excellent service. A 5 star from all of us and a huge thank you for making our day special and memorable.
A lovely place to stop for a drink or meal. Good sized car park. The pub is very nicely decorated inside with a nice bar area. Friendly staff and a good drink selection available. I enjoyed a glass of wine by the lovely warm log burner. Hope to come back soon and try from the food menu. Overall well worth a visit🙂
So totally happy with our dinning experience here. Great decor, comfortable surroundings, attentive and friendly staff. Good menu, food of good quality and portion size. Served within an acceptable time frame. Pleasent unobtrusive background music too. So impressed have made reservation for 16 people in September.
I went with 4 friends for a lunchtime meal. We sat at a nice round table by the window with the sun shining through. We ordered a main course but 2 of us were not happy with their main course, so one main course was changed. We all followed it with a sweet which we enjoyed.
