A former pub turned Arts Venue, supporting local artists to exhibit work, various events through the year. Demonstrations and opportunity to buy local art , from a broad range of artists. Jewellers, painters,ceramicists,illustrators, weavers and more. Licensed Cafe on site, and garden. As a local jeweller this venue opened in 2022 and has been amazing for networking and being able to sell and demonstrate my jewellery making. Looking forward to events in 2023
This is a fabulous arts centre with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. There is a great range of excellent quality artwork on show and for sale, made by local artists. If you like to support local and independent makers, then this is definitely for you. Keep an eye out for special events where you can meet the artists and watch them work. Sometimes you can even have a go yourself! The cafe sells delicious food and I can personally recommend the baked potatoes and cake! Cheap parking is in the multistorey next door.
Visited several times this year, enjoying watching the space coming together! Always lovely artwork and crafts on display, plus hands on things to try. Very friendly owners and the visiting artists are always happy to discuss their work. Lovely cake, coffee and bottled drinks (love the local cider). A quirky and interesting venue and a must visit destination (parking is very handy too, being very close to the multi storey car park). Looking forward to revisiting next year.
